Feather Family is Feather Women's loyalty program. As a Family Member, you earn credit with every purchase, receive exclusive benefits, and can advance to higher tiers with additional privileges and rewards.

The euros you spend will automatically appear in your account within an hour after you complete an order. Your account will only show the amounts for the products you ordered, not for shipping costs, fees, or taxes.

An account on Feather Women does not mean that you are automatically a member of Feather Family. You can sign up separately for the loyalty program to save points and receive benefits.

Once your order is complete, the credit will be automatically added to your account, which you can find in the top-right corner, where the account-icon is, under the “Loyalty” menu.

You can redeem your points for discount vouchers and free products via your personal Feather Family account. You can find it in the top-right corner, where the account-icon is, under the “Loyalty” menu.

Your points will always remain valid. When you redeem them, the points used will be automatically deducted from your balance.

Once you have earned enough points, you will automatically advance to a higher tier. If you redeem your points, you will remain at the same tier.

When you return (part of) your order, the associated points earned will expire.

When you delete your account, all accumulated points, vouchers and any benefits linked to the loyalty program will expire.

Yes. On your birthday, extra points will automatically be added to your account.

No, it is not possible to receive points for purchases made before Feather Family started.
Points are only awarded on orders placed after the program launched and you became a member of the loyalty program.
