1. The discount cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed and cannot be applied retroactively.

2. The return policy during promotions is the same as our original return policy, as indicated on our website at: help center > returns.

3. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by Feathers B.V. This decision will be communicated by Feathers B.V. to the customer via email.

4. For promotions run by Feather Women, the discount only applies to items selected by us, which may depend on various factors, including current stock and supply demand. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following are excluded from discount promotions: including but not limited to bundles, 3-packs, gift cards.

5. Feather Women may have offers in its webshop where you receive a promotional product or a free product when you spend a minimum amount. The product will be added to the order and invoice with a value of €0 and will only be issued during a specific period and while stocks last. Once stocks are exhausted, Feather Women can no longer offer promotional or free products. If you return (part of) your order and the net total amount is therefore lower than the required total amount of the offer, you must also return the promotional or free product undamaged and in its original condition within 14 days. If the product or free gift is not returned, Feathers B.V. reserves the right to deduct its value from the amount to be refunded. A promotional product or free gift that you receive free of charge cannot be exchanged for goods or money and is not covered by the regular warranty.

6. Feathers B.V. reserves the right to change these (promotional) terms and conditions at any time and without prior or further notice and/or to terminate the promotion prematurely.

7. Dutch law applies to the promotion and these terms and conditions.

8. Feathers B.V. is not accountable for consequential damage caused by technical malfunctions, including but not limited to: temporary problems with the Feather Women website or telephone, your mobile phone, your internet or mobile provider, or other situations of force majeure.

9.  Feathers B.V. reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in promotions in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, or actions that violate the terms and conditions.

10. Discounts cannot be combined. It is not possible to use multiple discount offers, promotions, or discount codes at the same time, unless expressly stated otherwise by Feather Women.
