1. For every euro (€1) spent on products, you will receive one (1) point. Points are awarded on the purchase of products. Points are not awarded on shipping costs, fees, or taxes.

2. When you redeem your points for discount vouchers, the number of points in your account will be updated. This may change your tier within the loyalty program.

3. Discount vouchers redeemed for points cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

4. If you leave a tier because your points have expired or been redeemed for discount vouchers and you later reach the same tier level again, you will not receive the corresponding entry awards again.

5. Points automatically expire twelve months after the date on which they were earned, unless the participant undertakes new activities or redeems points within this period. In that case, the validity period of all accumulated points will be extended.

6. Birthday points are automatically added to your account. If no date of birth is provided, no birthday points will be awarded.

7. Your points will be added to your account within one hour of completing your order.

8. If you return (part of) your order, the corresponding points will be deducted.

9. Points and discount vouchers are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any form of compensation other than that offered.
