The Feather Family is Feather Women's loyalty program. As a Family Member, you earn points with every purchase, receive exclusive benefits, and can advance to higher tiers with additional privileges and rewards.

For every euro (€1) you spend on products, you receive one (1) point. Points are automatically added to your account once your order has been completed. You do not save points on shipping costs, fees or taxes.

An account on Feather Women does not mean that you are automatically a member of The Feather Family. You can sign up separately for the loyalty program to save points and receive benefits.

Your points will be automatically added to your account within one hour of completing your order.
Once your order is complete, the points will be processed and appear in your account.

You can redeem your points for discount vouchers via your personal Feather Family account. Please note that redeeming points will reduce your total points balance, which may affect your tier level.

Points are valid for twelve months from the moment you earn them. If no new activity takes place within this period (such as a purchase or redemption), your points will automatically expire.

When you collect enough points, you will automatically move up to a higher tier. If you redeem your points or they expire, your tier level may drop. Please note if you later return to a previously achieved tier level, you will not receive the entry awards for that level again.

With “Refer a Friend,” you invite someone to join The Feather Family.
Once your friend signs up using your link, you'll both receive a 10% discount.

When you return (part of) your order, the associated points earned will expire.

When you delete your account, all accumulated points, vouchers and any benefits linked to the loyalty program will expire.

Yes. On your birthday, extra points will automatically be added to your account.

No, it is not possible to receive points for purchases made before The Feather Family started.
Points are only awarded on orders placed after the program launched and you became a member of the loyalty program.
