Golden Gua Sha

Lips: Move from the center of the lips outward to the corners. Repeat 5 times per side.

Jawline: Glide from under the chin along the jawline to the ears. Repeat 5-10 times per side.

Neck: Start at the collarbone and glide upward toward the jawline. Repeat 5-10 times per time.

Under-Eye: Glide from the inner corner of the eyes to the temple with light pressure. Repeat 5-10 times per slide.

Cheeks: Slide from the nose outward toward the ears. Repeat 5-10 times per side.

Forehead: Start above the eyebrow and glide up toward the hairline. Repeat 50-10 times on each side

Eyebrows: Move from the inner brow to he temple along the brow bone. Repeat 5-10 times er side.
